β€’ Must be fully set up by 9:50 AM
β€’ Teardown begins after 6:00 PM
β€’ Remove all materials by the end of teardown

β€’ Black table linen
β€’ 6 ft of backspace (no side displays)

🚫 Prohibited Items

β€’ Counterfeit/unlicensed goods
β€’ Food/drinks for sale
β€’ Loud music, flashing lights, smoke effects

Display Case Rental Policy

1. Rental Duration & Use

Rentals are valid only for the date of the event. Display cases must remain in the assigned vendor booth and used only to display show-related merchandise.

2. Pickup & Return

Cases will be distributed during vendor setup hours. All cases must be returned in original condition by the end of teardown. Unreturned or damaged cases may incur fees.

3. Security Disclaimer

Display cases offer presentation value, not guaranteed security. Vendors are responsible for their items and must monitor their own booth at all times. The 520 Card Show is not liable for any loss or damage to items inside rented cases.

4. Damage & Replacement Fees

Damage or failure to return a case may result in up to a $200 replacement charge. This includes broken locks, cracks, or missing components.

5. Payment & Cancellations

Payment is required at the time of reservation. Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full refund. No refunds are provided within 13 days of the event.
